Clear expectations, from the start.
The website introduces TURKAN's styling services. The written proposal and the conditions you agree to define the service for your occasion.
An enquiry is not a booking
Sending a form, email or WhatsApp message does not reserve a date or confirm a service. Location, availability, access and practical requirements must be reviewed first. Your written proposal explains how acceptance and any required payment confirm the arrangements.
Your proposal
Before you agree, the proposal identifies the business providing the service, the scope of work, quantities, total price, whether VAT is included or excluded and any applicable VAT amount, delivery or travel charges, setup arrangements and any outstanding points. No website image or general description replaces this agreement.
What styling covers
The standard service concerns visual design, table styling and agreed decorative work. Catering, venue hire, entertainment and full event planning are not included unless expressly added in writing. Any separate supplier and its role must be clear in the proposal.
Rentals and practical conditions
Where items are rented or sourced for your occasion, the proposal sets out relevant collection or return arrangements, deposits, responsibility for damage or loss and any supplier conditions. Venue access, permissions, fire safety restrictions and an outdoor weather alternative must be agreed where relevant.
Changes, cancellation and payment
Payment stages, changes, cancellation conditions and any applicable consumer rights are set out before you accept the proposal. Do not assume a cancellation fee, refund policy or confirmed date from the website alone.
Images and availability
The photographs are mood and styling inspiration, not a portfolio of past client events or a promise of identical stock. Specific materials, flowers and colours depend on availability and are identified in your proposal. Any agreed substitutions should be discussed before setup.
