A table should feel considered, never crowded. We look at the whole setting: colours, materials, the height of flowers, the space between places and the light as the evening changes.
Then we look at the practical side. What fits in your room? What can be set up in time? Which pieces do you already own? The result starts with listening and takes shape around your occasion.

What does TURKAN arrange?
We focus on table and event styling: the visual concept, tableware and textiles, floral and decorative details, and on-site setup. Rentals, dismantling and collection can be included in the agreed proposal. Catering and full event planning are not part of the standard service.
Where in Belgium can you work?
Tell us your city or postcode. We check the location, date, access and transport requirements before confirming whether we can take on your occasion. Any travel or delivery costs are included in the proposal.
Do you offer fixed packages or prices?
Each setting depends on the guest count, location, materials and support needed. Tell us your approximate total styling budget. The written proposal specifies the price, the tax treatment and exactly what is included; sending an enquiry creates no booking.
Can you use tableware or furniture we already have?
Yes, this can be part of the plan. Share photos and quantities so we can assess what works with the design. Any additional items, rentals or handling are agreed before you confirm.
Can you style a table outdoors?
We can explore it with you. The proposal needs to account for shelter, wind, access, lighting and a suitable indoor alternative. Outdoor setup is confirmed only once those practical points have been checked.
Are the photographs examples of past client events?
The images show styling inspiration and possible atmospheres. They are not presented as past client projects or fixed packages. Your proposal identifies the materials and services available for your occasion.
